In order to carry out the idea of connecting the annexes with the main building by glass arcades, thus comp] eting the proposed semi-circle, these additions have been carried out over the driveways on either side, and Will necessitato the making of new driveways. There are altoketter only about two hundred men at work on the building. The scarcity of suitable lumber is something of a drag, while the total collapse of the lime supply Thursday laid off all the masons until more could be obtained.
