Dear Tom,
A plague was given to this house back in 1989. The owner, Ali Sina Moezzi, picked up the
plague. At the time he said he was going to restore the house and then put up the plague.
I notice that the house is now for sale, and perhaps has been recently painted. IfAli doesn't have
the plague, perhaps it is somewhere inside the house. Maybe the contractor or painter has it.
