Noted below are Mr. Lee’s findings as it relates to the structure at 302 Park Street (copy attached): "Based on my visual on—site review, the structure is in a state of rapid deterioration and has lost the ability to resist lateral and gravity loads. T he foundation and lack thereof is a considerable factor in the current state of precariousness and dilapidation of the existing structure. In its current structural state, believe a life and safety issue exists. Therefore, firmly recommend a full demotion of the structure within 30 days. ” Following the receipt of the engineer’s letter, the building official conducted a site inspection and confirmed Christian Lee’s findings.
