Wilma R. Gaede, a resident of
Colony Surf near Lilliwaup, died
of heart failure Friday, February
13, at Fir Lane Health and Reha-
bilitation Center in Shelton. She
was 84 and had been a Mason
County resident for 30 years.
She was born October 11, 1913,
in Bangs, Ohio, to Ray and Bessie
(Jackson) Disinger. She graduat-
ed from East High School in
Wichita, Kansas. She also attend-
ed college in Wichita.
She married Bernard Gaede in
1946 in Everett.
Mrs. Gaede worked for Inland
Printing in Wichita, Kansas, and
as an aerospace photographer for
the Boeing Company in Wichita
and Seattle.
She enjoyed collecting rocks
and was president of the Boeing
Gem and Mineral Club.
She is survived by husband
Bernard Gaede of Lilliwaup;
sister Marjorie Foster of Sun
City, California; and brother Ray
Disinger Jr. of Seal Beach, Cali-
fomia.
